Meet my new favorite organic espresso *slurp*.
FINALLY a clean mascara that doesn’t flake, holds a curl, lengthens AND volumizes.
I’m late to the party on this organic lip liner, and it really lives up to the rave reviews. It goes on creamy but has terrific staying power (I typically find lip liners to be too dry…not great for aging lips!). And the heft of the lid makes it feel so shmancy. Saturate is the perfect shade to add depth, shadow and definition. Will definitely try other shades!
Nellamoon is the creator of some of my favorite clean candles, and she launched some lovely new fragrances this Spring! Italian Orange is just gorgeous.
Since my crazy winter skin has calmed down, I was finally able to try this serum that I bought last year (?!). It truly ups my hydration, getting rid of what I can only describe as dullness…my skin just seems brighter. And *fingers crossed* no irritation! Another one that’s living up to the hype.
And speaking of hydration, while I have a bevy of kickass lip balms, I needed something that provides ye olde kisser with it (vs moisture). I’m so glad I finally tried this lip treatment. I was already a big fan of Twelve Beauty, and this fanned the flame of my love even higher. It really plumps and hydrates, and just feels damn good. Plus you have to love the rollerball experience…takes me back to my Lipsmacker days (minus the scent and flavor!).
I had to go on the deodorant hunt again, and luckily landed on this one from Kosas. Somehow even the fragrance free version keeps odor away?! I call it magic, they call it Chemistry. Big fan, and now that my skin has settled down I look forward to trying the scented version soon.
This garlic press is an absolute game changer! I gleefully donated my old one. So beautiful in its simplicity, so freaking easy to clean.
WHAT I READ
The Rose Code, by Kate Quinn. If you love historical fiction, this book is about 3 very different women that become code breakers during WWII. Based loosely on real people, it’s got all of the elements…love, loss, laughs and mystery. Loved it! (follow me on Goodreads if you need more book recs)
WHAT I LISTENED TO
When I was younger I was always the girl that enjoyed hanging out with a group of dudes: it always meant huge laughs and no drama. And listening to Smartless makes me feel like I’m hanging with my dudes again, just like back in the day. Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes and Will Arnett are all freaking funny, and I love how easy they are with each other and how they truly seem to be in awe of some of the folks they interview. So much fun, and lord knows we need that.
…and some happy
“I won’t fall, maybe I will”. This little guy is killing it on a snowboard, and has no idea the wisdom of his words!

I’m obsessed with mascaras! I love that it gives a dramatic lash finish and contains clean ingredients! Can wait to try these out. Thank you for sharing!
You bet! It’s the best of the clean bunch, I’m really impressed with it. Report back on what you think!
