Memorial Day Weekend = beginning of Summer = Summer bag switch time! 👜

This year I’m determined to let go of all of the ‘just in case’ items I’ve been hauling around, give my shoulders a break and go back to days long ago (read: pre-rugrats) when all I needed was a tiny little purse that held my ID, moolah and a lipgloss!

[swipe to see #whatsinmybag] I do need a few more things than I did back in the day, but I think I can get by with my phone (doubles as my ID/credit card holder), my favorite neutral lippies, lip balm, mints (best ever, btw…helps the belly too!), deodorant (because when you’re using the natural stuff in hot weather, reapplication can be necessary! I particularly love this one for being quick-drying) and a small hand sanitizer (not pictured).

So let’s do it ladies!! Downsize those shoulder bags and lighten your load! Show me the cute bag you’ll be toting this summer 🤩. What can’t you be without in YOUR purse?

My sensitive skin ride-or-dies! When you’re doing a lot of traveling (aka following your kids’ sports) and space is limited, you definitely begin to realize which products are the ones you can’t be without. ⁣

While I certainly rotate in a few other products, these are ALWAYS in my bag. When you have sensitive skin and can’t take your full arsenal, it’s all about which items NEVER cause any sort of reaction, and which products are the quickest to save me when I do have a reaction.⁣

🏝 𝗩𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗶𝗹 is absolutely the best oil moisturizer for sensitive skin. Safe, healing and moisturizing, I can always count on it. I scored it in a @theboxwalla Beauty Box, and while spendy on its own, the bottle has lasted over 2 years…it’s a big bottle for a facial oil!⁣

🏝 I’ve talked about 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘂𝗺, but if you’re new to my posts, this gem saved me during a bout of perioral dermatitis. If my skin feels parched or has the beginnings of some craziness happening, this brings instant relief.⁣

🏝 𝗩𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗦𝗣𝗙 30 continues to be my daily sunscreen of choice. Great protection, plays nicely with my skincare and makeup, no worries.⁣
